When: Friday, May 29, 2026, 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM

Where: Alma del Mar Frederick Douglass Campus, 767 Church St.,  New Bedford, MA

Who:  1st to 4th Grade and their families!

What about siblings?

  • The siblings are not invited to this event but if families are dismissing siblings after the event, families must notify the front office by 5/27/26 to ensure dismissal of siblings at the end of the event.  If the front office is not notified prior to 5/27/26 siblings will be dismissed at 3:30PM as usual. 


Where will the Celebration of Learning take place?

  • The Celebration of Learning will take place in the 2nd to 4th Grade classrooms, Performing Arts classroom and 1st Grade will be in the gymnasium.

  • Doors open at 9:15 AM and close at 10:15 AM.


How many family members can attend the Celebration of Learning?

  • Each scholar’s family will not be limited to how many family members can attend the event. 

What should my scholar wear to Town Hall & Celebration of Learning?

  • Scholars should wear their regular uniform.
